The race was really dun and it was awesome to have complete strangers cheering me on. Just when my mind was inching towards me walking, someone would cheer, "You're almost done!!!" and I would keep going. It was a little discouraging that it was really cold and raining in the morning, but by the time our wave came around the rain stopped and I was sweating bullets.
I even got a couple compliments on my hat! Guess people like the Tar Heels?!
Now it's time to focus on my schoolwork! Sunday's are the hardest days to concentrate. Wish I could just embrace this day of rest :/
